Its very modern and spacious. It has great food, a bar that makes awesome cocktails, luxurious spa and more… The hotel is really great but what actually makes it outstanding is its staff, starting from reception over to ski rent guys, restaurant staff and bar… Huge shoutout to Kristijan (reception), Milos and Dragan (restaurant) as they are the most polite and helpful and made our stay super pleasant.

Location is great for both the skiing activities and the apres-ski fun. Food: good selection for breakfast and Dinner even better! Very creative menu and deliciously prepared food of different choices. Well done! Staff very kind and Special thanks to Ms. Patrizia and Mr. Helmut - both very professional and making extra mile for the guest's well-being! Great facilities such as spa / sauna, swimming pools (in/outdoor), lobby bar, etc. Parking in front of the hotel, or in nearby garage! All is well organized.

Great variety, something for most tastes. Nassfeld resort is not greatly promoted in UK which is a shame as it is well worth visiting. Good location central to the area, ski bus available but good to have own transport

Hotel Naggler is a family owned and run hotel in a great location. The owners know every single guest and their preferences, which provides a great atmosphere. I am not surprised there are so many regulars. The food is like from grandma's kitchen (which it probably literally is:-)) Super delicious. The interior is rustic and fits the location, which provides a homely feeling. The swimming pond is the garden is a paradise and the wellness area looks inviting, unfortunately, there wasn't any time for me to use it, but I can only imagine that on a cold winter's day, it is the perfect spot to relax.

From the moment we walked into the building the staff was terrific, helpful, kind and just extraordinary. The apartment was impeccably clean and tidy. The grand glass wall provides a magical view of the Weissensee lake and the mountains. The bedroom view - to the north - is also wonderful. The apartment had literally everything we needed and everything was in great condition. The bus stop is just meters away and the ski lift is also nearby. Heated ski storage is a big plus. Also, one of the biggest advances is the wellness area with three saunas, a large relaxing area, and a bathtub. The wellness area was well taken care of, and it was clean at all times, as well as the entire property. Every inch of the building is filled with the most wonderful details that made our stay even more magical. We are returning customers and we are looking forward to coming back! A small goodbye gift is a really great touch as well.
