This Hotel exceeded our expectations on every level. Rooms themselves were beautifully equipped, comfortable and immaculately clean. Owner and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The Hotel is well situated to enable ready access to the key city sites and shopping. Breakfast was very good and when we had to leave early, we were given a beautiful takeaway breakfast.

The apartment was gorgeous, very spacious and with great amenities. We looooved to dip in the hot tub while watching the sun set over the lake. The air conditioning was also really great to escape from the heat of the city. The hosts were also super welcoming, they had prepared everything we might need for our baby, and had left a bottle of wine for us on the day of our arrival.

Linda and Marco are wonderful. We stayed two nights at Hotel Villa Linda and it was amazing. The room with the jacuzzi was super comfortable, and the jacuzzi itself was fantastic. We were able to order a pizza and enjoy the wine made by Linda and Marco. We truly felt at home. The villa is very beautiful, with a lovely garden, and the homemade breakfast is great! We were only planning to stay one night, but ended up staying two. Without a doubt, it’s a place we would return to! The hotel is just 10 minutes by car from Shkodra and around 2 hours from Theth. A great base to explore the area. Thank you, Linda and Marco, for making us feel at home!

This place was a real gem. It was such a great decision to spend a night there and relax after hiking in the mountains. It's brand new, very tastefully decorated and it has everything you need. The location is a killer. Very remote with a spectacular view. Adding a terrace jacuzzi was a fantastic idea. There is a very good restaurant Agroturizem Faqedol just down the road, which we highly recommend. A stay to remember!

If you don't have a car this place is not for you because it's a bit far from the city and its car accessible only. But if you do have a car, I 100% recommend this place. You will get a mountain view and a very nice room with everything you need to relax after a long day. The host is the nicest, she is really attentive and caring and that will make your stay there even better.

What a little slice of heaven! We will definitely come here again, because two nights just wasn't enough. Zan has made this place formidable. He only recently installed an outdoor lounge with projection screen, so it functions as an outdoor cinema with the view of the lake in the background! During the day it is a perfect hangout spot for coffee and just chilling. There's a pool to cool off and a fire heated hot tub to warm up. It's a tiny house, so it is to be expected that there's limited space. He however did such a great job, that it doesn't feel like a tiny house. Would definitely recommend this place, even if you weren't planning to visit the area. Just go there for this place, you'll unwind completely in a couple of days.
