The ambience and service was very beautiful. The breakfast menu was broad and all offered were carefully and tastefully made. The location was like a enthralling maze with beautiful unique spots for photographs and casual strolls. The buildings have an authentic archectiture. The spaces are not only functional.. The rooms have privacy including access to a temperature controlled pool. The staff were all polite and helpful.

I stay in a hotel during April 2023. The hotel is located on the shores of a wonderful bay with a promenade for walking, next to a beautiful palm park. The location was fine for us as we were there just for one night for a 9am flight from Sharjah the next morning. The staff at reception were very welcoming and we were able to check in early plus our room was upgraded, which was great! They gave us advice about travel time to the airport and even arranged an early breakfast to be sent to our room so we could check out early and flagged a taxi for us too! So helpful and much appreciated. We also had dinner at the hotel and really enjoyed the buffet after an afternoon walk around the local area. Fascinating to see the city change from dusk to night from the 19th floor!!
