Everything from the booking confirmation till the check out was excellent! We had some questions and requests before our trip and staff kindly replied all of them via short time and with good attitude and explanation. Staff are so polite and friendly! Rooms are comfortable and breakfast 10 from 10! Also there's little spa with sauna and jacuzzi which is good to use after long hiking. Highly recommend this lovely hotel!

Rooms were excellent and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and the children adored it all. Location was ideal re parking, access to the lifts and so nice to be in a proper town not just a ski resort.

Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

The bedroom was super, a lovely bedroom and a separate lounge, a balcony with great views of the mountains. The hotel is very clean. The sheets on our bed were changed daily. The spa was great. In the lounge were details of walks, maps of the area etc. The staff on reception were very pleasant. Parking is available opposite the hotel.

Our stay was amazing - the hotel is really nice, everything you need is reachable by walk. They offered amazing buffet breakfast, jacuzzi and sauna. You can play billiard in the hotel bar as well. I definitely recommend this place.

Spacious 2-room apartment, cosy beds, large bathroom. Everything was very clean. The spa (15-22h) was great, small whirlpool outside, sauna, very relaxing! A big Plus! We were given free bathrobes, had a lot of towels in our room. Free parking was amazing! View from the room was great! Check-out until 12!
