Hotel is absolutely amazing we were on a trip and we were very much tired and it was so comforting to arrive to the hotel. The staff are amazing .It’s very cozy. I liked the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful - there was everything, both vegetables and fruits. The staff was friendly, when questions arose they gave full information. When I was staying at the hotel there were not too many guests and I did not hear any noise, as was written in other reviews. It was nice that there was a kettle with tea accessories in the room, for me it was important to have tea, although I did not find any information about the presence/absence of a kettle. The room was quite warm, despite the fact that the heating battery in the bathroom was turned off. Things dried quickly after skiing. To store skis they gave a key for a deposit of 10 euros from a locker in the ski room. You need to book the spa in advance, 45 minutes is a little short, but overall I liked it. The condition is not new, but not critical. Overall, I am happy with my stay at the hotel, I recommend it.

We loved everything about our week long stay at Bonavida. Location, access to the ski resort is UNBEATABLE. So are the service, the staff, etc. They help with ski passes, ski equipment rentals, have it done for you, all is a smooth process, just unbelievable. They really make you feel welcomed. Special thanks to Juan at the front desk and Sol in the restaurant. Food is delicious and plenty. If parking is full, there is a public parking option so close, equally a good option. For those who have concerns about charge, with ski-pass you only pay 50%, so don't worry at all, if you can not park in the hotel's garage. Also, there is a storage for your skis and boots on your way out by the garage. Telecabin literally 50 meters away. Thank you so much for this unforgettable stay, we will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. Especially the breakfast for 5€ was plenty and good! The staff was very friendly and the bathroom was great, free Spa was also included (whirlpool and sauna). We got a discount to rent snowshoes at a store nearby. Close by was the restaurant "Surf Arinsal" which was simply delicious!!

The Room was very Spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy and very big. The view of the mountains from the balcony was great. The bathroom was very nice and the water pressure was as expected. Wifi was good

Amazing location, free parking just outside hotel and right next to the lift. Great size of the room and bathroom! All necessary amenities are in the room, also stocked mini fridge (which you can use at extra costs) Clean room, decent view. Bar at the hotel, playroom for kids, entertainment room for adults, spa, gym, everything you did. Your perfect retreat awaits! Love it all.
