One of the nicest hotel experiences we have had - wonderful hotel, far exceeded our expectations. The service received was exceptional, and a massive shout out to Robert on the front desk - nothing was too much trouble and gave us some great information on where to eat, and where to walk to experience the wonderful architecture and attractions Charleston has to offer. The location is perfect and is in easy walking distance to some great restaurants, bars, architecture, the market and shops. The customer service was some of the best we have ever experienced and we especially liked the Cheese and Wine every evening, the 8pm cookies and the wonderful courtyard where you could eat breakfast. If we ever visit Charleston again, we will look no further than the Indigo Inn to stay - truly loved it here.

This luxury South Carolina inn is in the heart of Charleston’s historic district on Meeting Street and 42 m from Market Street. The room was very beautiful and clean and had a colonial style that I loved. The bathroom was big and clean and modern. The location was great you could walk everywhere. It is very good value for money and I have enjoyed my stay a lot.
