My experience with Douglas was sensational, I received an upgrade to an incredible duplex superior room. The entire team is fantastic.

Friendly staff, quiet pool are, nice breakfast are with coffee, tea, and water, and cookies all day..complementary pool towels to use. It’s like they think of everything. Even a handwritten card saying to enjoy our stay and they are there if we need anything…

Complete with a private bathroom fitted with a shower and free toiletries, all guest rooms at The Estate at Mt Dora have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and some rooms also offer a balcony. The rooms will provide guests with a fridge. This is the third time we have stayed here and we love it. Everything about it is perfect including the location. It is a beautiful property and we would highly recommend a stay here.

Everything was lovely about this place. Our host was phenomenal. He helped us with everything and kept the place absolutely spotless. The rooms were spacious and had absolutely everything we could've asked for. The beach was right across the street and parking at the Inn was reserved for us. We all wished we had been able to stay longer to use more of the amenities and to see the area better. When we come back, we will definitely stay again.

The property is less than 1 km from the city centre and a 18-minute walk from Simonton Street Beach. We absolutely loved our stay at the Porch. Room was comfortable and very quiet, location was incredible and we couldn't get enough of the neighborhood and it's beautiful architecture. In case you arrive by car, do not worry about parking, it was extremely easy to find a spot each time. We will definitely be back!

The location is excellent as it is a one minute walk to the marina and a just a couple of minutes to several good restaurants. I stayed for over two weeks and found the kitchen really handy. The owners are super helpful and lovely people. I will definitely choose Davis House Inn for future visits to Sebastian!
