The staff, the room, the water pressure, the beds, almost everything! I actually did not expect it to be a great hotel because it does not cost that much, we were constrained to book our rooms from Hop Inn only because it is the nearest one from my son's school, but i was quite surprised how comfortable it is. The staff are also very accommodating. There is even a 711 at the ground floor. When we returned at night and the parking area is full, we were allowed to park in front of the hotel itself.

From the sophiscated door to the warmth, welcome with a cool dinner night music 😊, through the extremely clean sitting rooms and toiletries, to the advanced cooking stovetop 😊. We loved the service, especially @ Club Lounge [Level 11], guest service attendees @ the door and arranging taxis and providing assistance with directions and/or dinner arrangements. We enjoyed the pool, gym and breakfast. On the occasion I arranged in-room dining it was also sensational. The rooms including beds were comfortable, staff amazing and location for our work commitments was sensational. I was appreciative of the coffee and food options on site. The room and the staff were fantastic. The lounge was amazing as well. As a European tourist I didn't like the food very much. Breakfast and dinner are an open buffet. There should be more non-pork meals in my opinion for people who don't eat pork. Everything was great and deserves the best!

We chose this hotel because it is near the US embassy, although you need to walk for a few minutes (we rode a pedicab) to reach the overpass to get across the US embassy. Our checkin is fast as we booked via booking.com. The restaurant was located just across the reception desk where we had dinner and the food is surprisingly delicious. Their breakfast option is varied and is buffet style. Special shoutout to the staff at the concierge /bellboys for their help with the luggages.
