The location was amazing, just a few minutes away from the famous Nizwa Fort. Lovely, new inn, with a mix of modern and traditional design. Charming and characterful renovated house - we stayed in the room with a bathtub and terrace. Perfect to relax. Loved the budgies in the aviary outside. Dinner was simple but tasty.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from each morning. The swimming pool was stunning – clean, beautifully designed, and a great place to relax. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything on foot. Parking was also very convenient, with easy access and clear instructions provided. What truly made the difference was the exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. They went out of their way to assist with every request and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Breakfast was great. Location was really good. The staff were welcoming and excellent. The welcome drink was a lovely touch. The room was lovely and I loved all the rustic features. The tiles in the bathroom were great as they weren’t slippery. The bed was comfortable.

Loved staying in this traditional house and the staff were lovely. The food was excellent and the bed was comfy, softer than most in Oman! Excellent location in the heart of the village. They were kind enough to offer to drive our car down into the village to drop our luggage off so we didn’t have to walk it down.
