The service from Greta was excellent. If you are looking to spend time in the Italian lake district but away from the hustle and bustle of the traditional locations, this is a great stay. We received a great upgrade, free amenities and drinks in the room. This is a very generous property.

We specially liked the warm welcoming and superb service in the restaurant and also in breakfast table by William. We travel a lot, but have not felt this genuine warm service long time. He is the real gem of the place! Also the hotel itself, the room and restaurant are ver beautiful, very nicely renovated with small details. Our room was also very big and comfortable.
