The location is really convenient, because it's near the very center of Stepantsminda. The room inside was clean and comfy. What I liked most was that the owner was friendly and our 2 dogs were also welcomed. The entrance to the rooms was from the yard, where dogs could play or bask in the sun.

It was the best place I stayed during my trip to Georgia! The location is amazing — although you do have to walk up a bit of a hill, the stunning mountain views make it totally worth it. The room was spacious, the bed incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living room felt very cozy. There’s also a lovely outdoor area that’s perfect for relaxing. The owner and her family were exceptionally kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

I had quite a nice stay in this guest house. It’s near the center, the room is big, clean and private, the bed is comfy, the heater works well and there’s hot water in the shower. The lack of water during the days didn’t really affect me as I was outside anyways. I appreciated the kettle and tea & coffee with it. The view is beautiful, at least from the first room.

the whole village actually shut down as the travel season has not begun in last april. no place for dinner also.
the owner/staff granny is kind enough to offer us home-made dinner.
