Just beside the River Thames, The Trout at Tadpole Bridge enjoys an idyllic location between Oxford and the Cotswolds. Conveniently located to places we wanted to visit - friendly helpful staff - lovely comfortable rooms , Great breakfast also included in our room rate , and a really lovely meal in the evening close to a roaring log burner ( it was really cold outside so the fire was welcome)

The Falkland Arms is a 16th century pub located in the centre of Great Tew in rural Oxfordshire. The bar contains period features including log fire, flag stone floor and wooden beams. Fire place, room style, food in the restaurant was exceptional, staff were truly amazing.
