A warm welcome at reception on arrival room was lovely and clean and space bathroom was lovely and tea coffee facilities were great too we also had drinks and dinner there and bar staff were really nice and helpful loved the location as we came from Liverpool and we’re heading to Manchester the following day if I’m ever down that way again I would definitely stay at hotel again

Liked the big lounge with the cocktail bar in the middle, different seating areas which were comfortable nice big room, shower was very good, staff were very polite and helpful and we got an early check inn which we weren't expecting, plenty of choice at breakfast it was a 5 star hotel which you could tell when you walked into it was quite grand

Brilliant location, staff are amazing from April in reception to Lucy and Becca in the restaurant who made us feel so welcome. Nothing was a task. Food is brilliant selection for breakfast dinner is good only gripe would be portions are a bit small on the mains. Rooms are modern and very comfortable.

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. Rustic, industrial, stylish yet warm and welcoming. The room was huge with a bath, separate shower and his/hers sink. Super comfortable bed. Separate lounge area was a nice touch. Dinner in the restaurant was so good. We had pasta each. It was piping hot and beautiful presented. Breakfast was great. High quality ingredients and a wide selection to choose from. The rum warehouse was cool too. The selection was vast. Definitely would like to visit again. 5 🌟
