Large and clean rooms with good furniture. Nice to have a pool + gym at the hotel. The location is excellent, and it takes just a few minutes to walk to the beach. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets are good and worth its money.

A perfect house for a short or long break. The house has everything you need or even more. Very well planned kitchen, dining and living room. Three nice bedrooms, two big bathrooms and a sauna. All in a quiet neighberghood, still close to the sea and Zinnowitz center. Very helpful & friendly owners. Beatiful outside.

Lovely stay at Feniks. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Fantastic location, just minutes' walk to the beach, promenade and main attractions in Świnoujście. Breakfast and dinners absolutely superb! plenty of choice, with lots of fresh fruit, cooked meals and sides and I'm pretty sure I've gained several pounds from all this!

Modern and spacious room and facility. Great breakfast with a range of choices and ideal times for visitors who like to be early or like to sleep in. Modern pool and spa area. And location is in the heart of Bansin's coastal line. Dinner in their restaurant was enjoyable and delicious.

The room was of a good size and clean. Breakfast - everything was well. Good opening hours and traditional good hotel food. Service was also good, kind and responsive. Dinner - was OK foodwise and service. Service (people) were nice and responsive.

Sweet little pension, impeccably clean and in a perfect spot right in the centre of the town. I stayed by myself for a quiet weekend and it was ideal on a chilly March weekend! Very cosy in the room, totally silent at night, comfy bed and a desk if you need to do any work or studies. Zinnowitz itself is beautiful and the coast is amazing for long walks either on the beach or little trails through the woods. I will definitely be back!
