Very nice pension in the mountain area of Trutnov (15 min by car to the city centre). It's a quiet place to stay with a family. The pension together with the restaurant is freshly run by sweet and friendly Vietnamese people. By our request we got each morning a special breakfast (vegetarian). Everything was made with love. Good price for location/accomodation/food Many thanks to Lenka for making our stay cozy!

Zatisi is absolutely amazing place for family and if you are looking for a quiet place. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner, food is very delicious, good choice for children. The view is breathtaking, very comfortable beds in room and service ***** The receptionist was very kind and they make extra steps to make every guest feeling happy. Thank you for making us very welcome! There amazing playground in front of mountains, and with a 2mins walking distance to the river, our child enjoyed the nature and playground on the grass.

It was clean, well equipped, and in an amazing, quiet location near several hiking trails. The rent comes with linnen which feel and smell fresh as if just washed before your arrival. The owners, you don't hear and see them. They ensure you got all details prior to your arrival to make things comfortable.

We like family and dog friendly atmosphere. Amazing nature around the pension. Pleasant hosts were taking care about all. Also we’ve always fresh and tasty breakfast and dinners. We were lucky, so we have good weather and plenty of snow for snowboarding. We spent 4 nights and felt ourselves well rested and restarted.

Good location, spacious and well equipped apartment. Our second visit and I can say the quality level is maintained. Close to good restaurants and ski schools. Rustico Cafe is great for brunch/lunch (and you can pay by card, which is not possible in many other Harrachov restaurants). Terasa restaurant for dinner (cash payments only). Both are family / kids friendly.

The stay was amazing - service-oriented, excellent host who speaks English (everyone else speaks either Czech or German there), family-owned guest house, tasty Czech breakfasts and dinners, clean and cozy room (we were also provided with a folding bed). The snow was there all the time (end of January-start of February) which was fun for children.
