The shared kitchen facilities were very helpful. Location was excellent. It was really easy to walk down to the beach. They gave us a mosquito repellent plug-in for the room.

The room was spacious, very clean and bright. I had everything I needed, and even more (books about Valparaíso, Street Art, etc.). I would recommend it 100% and I won't hesitate to come back for new adventures!

A Continental breakfast is served daily and Viña’s commercial area is 300 metres away, with plenty of cafes and restaurants. The tour desk can offer advice. Great place, highly recommended. The breakfast is brought directly to your room, which had never happened to me before, and is also quite large. It almost didn't fit on the table! The room was fine, but most of all the location was perfect. Just five minutes walk from the bus station, five minutes walk from the train station, and ten minutes walk from the city centre. If you arrive late at night, there are even some nearby places to find food, which is not common in this part of town. The staff was very helpful and had no troubles allowing me to leave my luggage for some hours after checkout. In general, a fantastic experience. I saw some negative reviews before booking, but I'm very happy to confirm that they were completely wrong.

For some reason we did not know that to sightsee around the park a guide is required, and we arrived without having anyone booked. Maine told us to jump to a car with her and she drove us to the park office, where we’ve got everything figured out. She ended up being our guide and she made sure that we saw everything that is needed to be seen around her beautiful island. We’ve been impressed with Maine’s warmth and ability to create a family- like atmosphere. The property was basic but comfortable. Good hot water for shower. Very close to the airport and felt very safe. Common area was always open and people very welcoming.
