Christian welcomed us kindly in the hostel with good advice and tips. It is a small and cozy place where you feel right at home. The shower’s hot and runs really well. The kitchen has everything you need in order to make meals. Only a 5 minutes walk to the city centre. The wifi works well. Really enjoyed our stay here - thank you!

Location within Torres del Paine great as central to many different walks. Fantastic views from the hotel.

Extremely helpful manager, spoke excellent English and helped us to book the penguin colony visit on line. Plenty of hot water and comfortable beds, very good breakfast with lovely fresh fruit salad, my husband said the coffee was excellent. Easy to find with safe parking on the street, there is a small hotel car park as well.

Very sweet Hosteria and gracious hosts. The rooms were comfortable and clean with a lovely view. Hot water was available and the dinner was exceptional. WiFi was also very good. An overall great experience.

The location is close to the beautiful lakes and Rio Serrano is beautiful. The hotel and its front yard are nice too. I could see the mountains and horses from my window. Clean and cozy room. The staff is extremely friendly and nice. I had dinner twice, delicious course menu - their chef is great. Also, the lunch box they packed for me was plenty to sustain me for 13 miles hike to Mirador Base Las Torres. I would come back here when I visit Torres del Paine.
