Location is great, easy to find and easy on public transport. Charming authentic hotel with great and clearly very popular restaurant downstairs. Staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, basic, but we knew that. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent.

Hotel Engel offers a children's playground. Guests at the inn will be able to enjoy activities in and around Emmetten, like skiing, windsurfing and cycling. The breakfast was nice and everyone was friendly. Also it was super clean.

Hotel Sonnenberg is easily reachable by the historic funicular, climbing up from Kriens Dorf within 7 minutes, from April to November. Spectacular views from the room, very friendly staff.. absolutely loved everything
