The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport — that’s the only positive thing I can mention. The room itself was very old and poorly maintained. Housekeeping was terrible: the bathroom was dirty, there was mold on the shower walls, and hair from previous guests on the floor and sink. When I tried to use the hairdryer, it was sticky and disgusting to touch — completely unusable. It seems like no one takes proper care of cleanliness here. I was very disappointed with both the room condition and the service quality. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you value cleanliness and comfort.

Off Highway 401, were surrounded by restaurants. Shopping, dining, and entertainment at Square One Shopping Centre are five kilometers away. Bed was very comfortable, room size was great. Very quiet at night.
