Location is stunning, in the hills with stunning views. Plenty of parking and very safe for our motorbikes. The room was very comfortable, it wasn't ensuite, and the bathroom facilities were very good. Our evening meal in the restaurant was so tasty (we selected an Austrian dish). Plus homemade Strudel! Breakfast again excellent. Hospitality from the owners was great also.

Providing a restaurant, the property also has a bar, as well as a sauna and a spa centre. The inn also features free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. Wow. Just… wow. This "3-star" hotel? More like 5-stars-plus-plus! Seriously, someone needs to call the rating agency and fix this mistake. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty—scratch that—like family royalty. The customer service here? Unreal. Everyone knew our names, and this was our first stay! It was like staying at Cheers, where everybody knows your name, but with way better views and no Norm hogging the bar. Speaking of food, let’s give a standing ovation to the chef. Roast beef and sauerkraut? Heavenly. Sauces? Mind-blowing. And that chocolate cake topped with ice cream? STOP IT! I’d come back for that alone. Chef, you’re officially the MVP. Then there’s the restaurant setup—personalized tables with room numbers? Fancy, right? It made dining feel exclusive and stress-free. The spa? Oh, let me tell you about the spa. Hot tub, sauna, steam room, AND ultraviolet therapy? I walked out of there feeling like a whole new person. And the room? It wasn’t just a room—it was a mini-cabin of cozy luxury with breathtaking views. It was so astonishing, I almost didn’t want to leave… until I remembered the free shuttle that takes you everywhere. Town, slopes, back to town—you name it, they’ve got you covered. And can we talk about Frita? She’s the heart and soul of this place. Frita went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. If she ever leaves, this hotel loses at least one star, guaranteed. Final verdict: Best. Hotel. In. Austria. We’ll be back, no question. Just don’t raise the prices—we love you, but we’re not millionaires (yet)! P.S. If you’re reading this and you don’t book this hotel, you’re seriously missing out.

Staying at Huber Hochland was a surprise. Had booked for our tour through Austria. Booked Demi-pension and wondered how good it would be. Service and staff was friendly and efficient. Rooms was good, with balcony, good bathroom. And the food was fantastic. Had a lovely three course dinner—probably the best we’ve head so far I. A mo th of travelling. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choices. Would definitely go back.
Really helpful and joyful hosts Good breakfast Simple but good dinner When I come back to Saalbach, Pension Lederergûtl will be a preferred option
Compare to breakfast experience in Pension Andreas and Garni Rustica both in 2023 which were excelent, Garni Vierjahreszeien was bleak and the host couldn’t remember even simple requests repeated every morning 🤷🏻♀️ like not putting anything else apart from the salt into the scrumbled eggs
Great hotel all around. Superb spa and pool area, quiet saunas and enjoyable pool with very good water - no itchy eyes, even for our little one. Hearty breakfast, great service. Do go for the half-pension, the dinners are a treat and great value for money. Service is personal and friendly, very much appreciated.
Our apartment was specious and very nice, with large kitchen table with view. Owners are very welcoming and helpful. Pension is nicely located, with Innsbruck and many winter activities nearby. Also shop and gas station is in walking distance. Place is quite and has own parking.
The hotel is a really nice family hotel, with attentive owners. She even spook Dutch to me and they really tried to fulfill my diet wishes. The half pension cooking is also great (contrary to what others say). Very tasteful and better than the regular skiresort food. We had a large room with views over the valley. The hotel is conveniently located between the lifts of the skiing areas of Kitzbuhel (great!), Westendorf/Brixen (nice) and Brixen/Söll etc. (okay for beginners).
Family run hotel with great atmosphere. Recently renovated it affords very modern and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Dinner half pension sometimes lacks a little choice. Especially vegetarian options can be more creative but overall good Austrian cooking. Location very nice with slopes just across the road.
Alpenperle is an almost "brand new" guest house slightly off the major traffics/routes. We were met by a very friendly host who told us all we needed and guided us to nearby place for a fantastic local dinner. There is also a grocery store nearby. Room was of a decent size and we had enough space for three of us. There is a fridge, coffee machine, kettle. Location is quiet, easily accessed by car.
A classic style Tyrolean guest house situated half way up the mountain above Innsbruck. Amazing views over the city and a bus stop a short walk away with a free bus pass if booking for two days or more. An excellent selection for breakfast which was included in the price. Free parking on site was also a big plus.
