It's in a great location, the beach is just across a quiet road. The room was clean and spacious and breakfast was really good. All the staff were friendly but Michael, who checked me in, was great, he was helpful and informative and also made me smile, thank you 😃

Great hotel just next to the Ocean on Pacific Highway. Great place to stay on the road between San Francisco and LA. Very comfortable and really spacious room. Just a few minutes walk to city center with good eating options. Very helpful team.

We had a wonderful night on the hotel. We were on a road trip from SFO to LA and the stay at the bluebird was a fantastic stop to rest and know the city of Cambria.

Everything! The reception manager (sorry, do not remember his name) was extremely kind, called us by names all the time. We got the very quiet room as requested. The room was clean, stylish and comfortable. The inner yard green and blooming.

The staff made us feel welcome and comfortable from the first second, and we several many nice chats with them during our stay. The rooms were really great: both large in size and well furnished. The style of decoration gave a luxurious feel without being too much. We also had a nice private patio. Cayucos is a lovely town. The location of the property along the main street is ideal. Easy to access by car and a comfortable walking distance to the beach and the pier, as well as to restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the complimentary afternoon cookies delivered to our room! We only stayed for one night as we were just passing through. We ended up feeling that we should have stayed longer, which pretty much says it all.
