Great little guesthouse. Very friendly staff. Good value for money. Small kitchen for guest's use. Free coffee & hot chocolate all day, free toast for breakfast. Clean and well equipped. Plenty of supermarkets and food stalls all around.

The property was beyond my expectations. It had a good rating on booking.com, this is also the reason why I choose it and found that it richly deserves its rating. First of all, the property was very nicely arranged, it had a pool with large red fish, specific to the Asian region, as I saw in several places during my stay. Very tasty breakfast, with a choice between the Asian, European or mixed version. Big, spacious room, large and comfortable double bed, I also had a balcony with a table and 2 chairs (which I didn't have time to use). Elegant bathroom, shower cabin, hot water both in the sink and in the shower, daily cleaning, changed towels and sheets, arranged the bed... In just few words ..... I recommend that property. It is the kind of property that I would happily return to in the future.

Amazing value for money. Staff are kind and attentive. The building & rooms are comfortable and immaculate. An easy 15-20 min walk from the bus station and night markets. Baansiri is everything you need for a great stay in Chiang Rai. I would highly recommend staying here! There is a delicious all you can eat Shabu BBQ next to the 7/11 up the road!
