Very nice rooms and location close to the old town. The owner is very helpful. I can only recommend to book this for visiting Nizwa.

Very central to the city center. The host was very friendly and helpful during the check-in. We didn’t use the pool, but looked very clean. We were lucky that there was a parking place nearby, because otherwise I think it would be a bit difficult to find one close.

Dont stay anywhere else. This gorgeous guest house is right in the middle of town right next to the fort and souq. Super lovely rooms and comfortable beds. The host is amazing and suoer helpful and charming. This is all new furnished in a traditional.housw with all modern amenities and aircon and romantic interior and roof terrace for breakfast. Dont book any where else as you will love your stay here .

Great location right next to the old fort. Easy to find and had parking right by hotel. Great cafe attached. Comfortable rooms and the breakfast choices were awesome!

This was absolutely the best spot. It was private and only a 5 minute walk to the Nizwa souq. The place was clean and tidy with nice personal touches. The host was very easy to deal with and welcoming.
