Great stay! Lovely hotel, modern design and perfectly located. The hotel doesn t offer a breakfast, but it s not an issue as downstairs there is a lovely coffee truck that opens really early. The hotel is located in a side street of one in the nicest street in Kyoto (which is also the cover picture of the lonely planet Japan!!). Totally recommended it!

Location was great, walking distance from main Streets, and close to Kyoto station for some of the bigger shrines, and turist attractions. Room was very spatious, and it was a surprise beacause we expected tiny rooms in Japan. Room had everything you might need. Staff at the reception was great

Everything. We loved the convenience of everything in the apartment and also the fact that we could wash and dry clothes within our room. Very impressed by the convenient dividing of trash for the environment. The staff were helpful and kind and even though we had to clean our own room it was handy to have all the cleaning materials available and everythign so sterile when needing new towels, bath mat, amenities etc. We would stay again for sure!

Really beautiful room with a huge bed and lovely sliding doors in the huge windows that make the interior really pretty. The shower was really powerful and they provide large fluffy towels. They have a mini fridge for any small items and there’s combini a minute away. You can easily take the bus but a nearby bus stops and it’s conveniently located next to lots of tourist spots. The gentleman on reception was incredibly helpful, responded to our requests quickly and went out of his way to provide great customer service. Spoke great English so communication was no issue, if you have a question I suggest contacting him through booking.com message feature.
