I had read some comments here that made me very skeptical before going. But I’m so glad I didn’t change my mind. This place is truly not luxurious, but it’s super comfortable. We found the room warm, extremely clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect—just a 4-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The girl who welcomed us was very polite and helpful. The responses to my messages were quick for anything I asked. Everything was perfect. Now I know where I’ll stay every time I’m in Florence.

Perfect location, close to all the main sights, with many nice restaurants and bars nearby. Only 10 minues by foot from the train station, making trips to other cities nearby easy. The owner was very kind and helpful. He let us into the apartment earlier than the scheduled check-in and gave us good recommendations for restaurants nearby.
