Staff (especially the lady manager) were very attentive and did everything the could to make us feel welcome, helped us with our bags (heavy as they were!)... just wonderful! Food at the pub was excellent!

Nathan was a great host and very accommodating. He was on his own but nothing too much trouble. Bed really big and comfy and great nights sleep. We were attending a wedding and he allowed us early access to room so we could get changed rather than having to travel in clothes. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place, great position, free parking, wonderful staff who were extremely accommodating. The meal was EXCEPTIONAL. Amazing scotch egg starter, and the best rack of lamb for over forty years. The perfect overnight stay. Highly recommended.
