The friendliness of the staff was lovely, especially Becky and Karen, who looked after us so well at breakfast, nothing was too much trouble 😀. The breakfast was very well cooked, and there was plenty of choice. The rooms were a little tired, but the bedding and towels were exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfy.

The Yard at Bath is beautifully done, and is extremely good value (we stayed on a Sunday night) and the staff were all lovely. The place has been designed to such a high finish and while the service was brilliant, none of the staff are in any way pretentious - it was all just very relaxed and delightful.

Very good value for money. Perfect location for event we were attending. Staff allowed early check in so was able to relax. Ate in the restaurant would recommend pre booking. Food was really good. Would stay here again
