Perfect picturesque location for your stay in the Peak District. So many walks from the doorstep to nearby ridges for marvellous views. Room very comfortable, slept so well, even a fridge which is always a great bonus. Lovely decor and beams throughout, bar and restaurant and onsite parking. Staff very friendly and at hand for anything you need. 100% recommend a stay here :)

This location is a local pub in a tiny village. It is about 20 minutes from Bakewell and those 20 minutes are spent driving down country lanes...which I found to be a absolutely glorious. The space was clean and well maintained. The pub was charming. Everyone who worked there was lovely. Highly recommended this place.

Our stay at the inn was simply great. The staff were very kind and helpful. Food was delicious, we especially enjoyed the Sunday roast. The location is superb, all the hiking trails right at the doorstep and the train station literally around the corner. We will be coming back soon!
