Hidden gem! We had a great stay in Forsthaus, the rooms were clean (cleaned almost everyday, except for the day after arrival) and warm. Our room had a bath and all the amenities needed. Nice view from the balcony with the windows facing the mountains, there was no noice from the main street. Some reviews say that the rooms/furniture is outdated, but we actually liked the charm of it and everything was clean/in good maintenance/nicely complementing each other. The check-in and communication was very efficient, too. It is approx 15/20 minutes to GaPa for skiing. We loved the unlimited coffee/tea as well and an opportunity to sit down with it in the spacious common dining room. There is no breakfast being served, but a bakery is just across the street and Rewe or Aldi 5 minutes by car. Overall a great value for money! We would come back.

Fantastic location, great bike storage

Breakfast was good. We would have liked more variety of bread/ rolls. We very much appreciated the boiled egg on Sunday. Frau Lödermann had excellent local knowledge which she helpfully shared. She very generously lent us umbrellas as the weather was rainy a lot of the time.

A lovely family run hotel in a very beautiful village. We enjoyed the friendly welcome, the helpfulness and ease of information about the area we we were given . The breakfast was very good.
