The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport — that’s the only positive thing I can mention. The room itself was very old and poorly maintained. Housekeeping was terrible: the bathroom was dirty, there was mold on the shower walls, and hair from previous guests on the floor and sink. When I tried to use the hairdryer, it was sticky and disgusting to touch — completely unusable. It seems like no one takes proper care of cleanliness here. I was very disappointed with both the room condition and the service quality. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you value cleanliness and comfort.

Location Friendly staff - as my son got sick, the receptionist went out of her way to print nearby hospital details. Clean rooms - thanks to house keeping staffs. Airport transfer Printer facility.

Off Highway 401, were surrounded by restaurants. Shopping, dining, and entertainment at Square One Shopping Centre are five kilometers away.
