The host is an absolute sweetheart, we were able to communicate via a translator app. The property usually requires to prepay one night via PIX (which is a local analog of PayPal), but since we didn’t have it, was flexible about it. The place is on an island and the vibe of island life is different from the big city, we loved it. Traveling with a ferry was no problem, you don’t usually wait for it longer than a few minutes and it’s not expensive, just have some cash ready (3 Real per person to the island or 6, if you wanna be dropped off closer to the property). We were able to leave our bags for the day before the flight. Breakfast (coffee and a sandwich) was a nice surprise and was delicious. There was a hummingbird feeder, so you have a good chance of seeing one. We would love to come again.

we loved to stay in this beautiful place it has beautiful scenery, with both view of the whole city and the garden, the garden is eqiupped with a jacuzzi, pool table and lounge, the room was clean and modern, the view from balcony was amazing, we also enjoyed a lovely breakfast, it is a couple of minutes walk to the pretty square in santa teresa
