I found all the staff to be very pleasant but especially the manageress. The breakfasts were healthy and quite extensive. The room had great character and was very quiet plus being in a great location - close to restaurants, cervecerias and the National Park walk entrances for Fitz Roy and Cerra Torre laguna. For suggestions re walking tracks, the staff provided wonderfully local additional knowledge. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed staying for 4 nights

This place is the best, the stuff is great, nice and very helpful, the breakfast is great and the room is big and clean. I enjoyed staing here very much.

The price per night is a bit off-putting, but I'm so glad we splurged on this one night of our trip! The landscape in Los Huemules estancia makes for an incredible hike to and from the refuge, so a day trip for lunch would be totally worth it on its own, but getting to spend the night in such a beautiful setting in the cosiest of refuges was such a treat. Even in cloudy weather the view to the lagoon and glacier was spectacular, and getting to enjoy it inside with a warm drink and a book next to the fire was heaven. We also had some of the best meals of our trip here, with special mention to Marco's sourdough bread! Thank you for an unforgettable stay 🙏

We stayed here for one night after a multi-day hike. The hot water was amazing and very appreciated! The room was clean and spacious. The front desk and hotel staff were lovely. Breakfast was good value and we appreciated the addition of fresh eggs.

We loved that we had a room that looked out over Mt Fitzroy. There were just four rooms. Ours was spacious, clean, with a good bathroom. Elizabeth was really helpful and assisted us with advice around what to do and when, in relation to the weather. The coffee shop over the road was areal find. We especially recommend the breakfast options.

Nice sized private room with bathroom. Very clean. Good breakfast in the morning which was included. Staff were lovely and let us keep our bags there while we went off on a 2 day hike.
