From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff were not only professional, but genuinely kind, always ready with a smile, a helpful tip, or a thoughtful gesture that made all the difference. It applies to the restaurant staff as well. What stood out most was the immaculate cleanliness throughout the property. My room was spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained. It’s rare to find a place where attention to detail is this consistent, and it gave me such peace of mind during my stay. The location was ideal, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to return, and I’ll be recommending it to friends and family who plan to visit Lisbon.

Hotel Ibis Lisboa Liberdade is situated near the historic areas of Bairro Alto and Alfama, close to Lisbon city centre. All modern rooms at the Hotel Ibis Lisboa are tastefully decorated. It was an amazing experience overall. I had the best stay, the staff were very friendly and approachable. When I checked in, it was Ms. Carla who gave me a higher floor room as I requested for. She was very helpful and friendly with my requirements. She guided me to visit the best spots in the city. Other staffs were super friendly and helpful too. But Carla was the best. I had a memorable stay and I highly recommend it for travelers to Lisbon. Location also is very accessible.
