The staff were so friendly and helpful.the room was very clean and the bed was comfy.I would definitely recommend this hotel.it was close to a metro so you could get around quite easily . Will definitely be back.

The bed was very comfortable, room modern and clean, and somewhat the location. Bus 714 takes you to the Baixa and it has plenty of parking with access the highway if you’re coming with a car.

The two-star hotel provided a very pleasant and welcoming experience, with exceptionally friendly staff. Mrs. Carlos at reception and the two cleaning ladies were particularly helpful during an unexpected situation, for which I am deeply grateful. I certainly plan to return in the future.

It's like any other Ibis hotels, rooms are small but very comfortable. Wifi is one of the best I've seen lately: it connects back as soon as you walk in and there's no need to keep authenticating. The neighbourhood is quiet but with lots of shopping options, nice cafés. Two of the best pastelarias in Lisbon have stores nearby: Manteigaria and Aloma.

I like the Ibis brand hotels and have stayed in a few over the years. This one was the least pleasant hotel I have stayed in. If you were using it to visit Sintra the location isn’t as convenient as I am comfortable with.
