Excellent breakfast provided by friendly staff who knew a lot about the area. They were able to give us advice about where we were travelling to and what to ensure that we saw along the way and even good restaurants to go to depending on your budget.

Amazing view, few meters form the lake. Big room, quite modern, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Room was easy to warm up and they left the heat pump on before our arrival so the room was quite warm as soon as we entered. Kitchenette allowed us to cook food for two nights, even though it was a bit poor (cheap and basic tools, no dishwasher). Nice place overall in which I would stay again, but a bit overpriced in my opinion.

Budget hotel. Staff is really good and the food also was really good.

The Ibis Styles Invercargill was everything we expected it to be. No problems whatsoever. Particularly liked the very central location.

Cheap for Invercargill. We stayed in Unit 1 with ensuite. The internet barely worked. When we asked for help, the man spoke no English.

Good location central in the city, and for cheap budgets! Had the amenities you would want (showers and kitchen), allowed late check in and came out for it once understood.
