Amazing hotel, great location in the middle of town, super friendly & helpful staff. The room was very clean and I really appreciated the fact that we had access to the gym and the pool of the novotel next to it.

Location was close to railway for travel in to the city centre and a short walk to Ellerslie racecourse. Rodrigo on reception was extremely helpful and always with a smile. The mattress was very comfy just what was needed after a long flight

We had a great stay, considering Ibis came at what we thought was a budget price, we had a totally enjoyable stay. I think the staff were a real stand out, they were all so friendly and helpful.

What strikes me about this Ibis hotel is that it is nicer and better than most Ibis hotels around the globe. Ibis stands for affordable yet simple accommodation, while this particular hotel offers more. And I am not talking so much about the rooms, which are fine but nothing special. The whole atmosphere of this Ibis is more classy than other Ibis hotels. The lobby and the breakfast room, the terrace, the prime location.....
