Breakfast together with the service was above expectation. We enjoyed both the traditional Indian breakfast and the semi European one. All the staff were very polite and ready to assist during the service. Names remembered are Mr Ramesh, the Chef, Mr Summit, in the restaurant and Mr Deepak from the kitchen were always responding to our requests. settled.
As for our room there was a confusion when we reached the hotel but soon everything . We enjoyed the rest of our stay.
The front office staff were all kind to us. It will not be wise if we do not mention Mr Adithya, Mr Tukaram for their continuous support to us. Being a HR Consultant myself in the field of Hospitality I strongly believe that they deserve to be recognised as highly performing staff a special.
Mr Shrinivas, Mr Vishal are also very good.
The Security officer Mr Birajit does his job with passion.
