I like how efficient and environmental friendly the hotel is. All the furniture are not fancy but very functional. Enough natural lights, feels spacious. Water refill available anytime. Yes, the shower felt like you're in a ship's cabin, but it works well. Tasty pastries and snacks at the lobby in the evening. Minimart just next door. Highly recommended.

We booked here last minute after getting let down by another hotel and it’s safe to say we was very impressed. Room was clean and spacious. Reception staff were amazing, very kind and created a very good impression. No complaints. Breakfast was also included in our price and this was also amazing, good variety of food and replenished very quickly. staff were very attentive. We are very happy with our stay ☺️

My recent stay at Ibis Surabaya Tidar was quite pleasant overall. The hotel's central location was undoubtedly one of its biggest assets, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities in Surabaya. Additionally, their commitment to sustainability by offering refills for water in glass jugs instead of plastic bottles was commendable and appreciated. The food quality was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the Vegetarian and Amante di Carne Pizza, which was truly delightful.
Breakfast was OK but we lucked out, the hotel closed for maintenance while we were there and we got a free upgrade to the Grand Mercure, with which the Ibis shares the building, staff and pool.
If you want something simple yet nice, Ibis Pasteur is your choice. Check in was easy with no fuss, and just any Accor group hotel, their lobby smells really really nice and calming. Breakfast was tasty with enough option to start the day. House keeping was very good at doing their job. Thank you Opik Hidayat for making us an adorable towel puppy.
breakfast is so so, coffee at the breakfast is good. currently Hotel does not provide in house massage service, location is great, so far ibis hotel is my choice
