The property is situated 2 km from Gellért Hill, less than 1 km from Fisherman's Bastion and a 16-minute walk from Chain Bridge. The property is non-smoking and is set 1.3 km from Buda Castle. We loved the staff. Even though they were clearly under staff and overworking at times they never failed to be kind and to help in everything we needed. The short of staff was a shame as at times was hard to use some of the facilities in the property as the bar in the evening. The location is great. Within walking distance from all the main roads and the castle as well. Kinda strategic. The rooms were very nice and welcoming and breakfast was a whole experience: many breakfast stations throughout a huge but cozy breakfast room/restaurant. A special thanks to the guy that checked us in the night we have arrived, he’s been so kind and real and made us feel at home. Thanks.

Very good location of the hotel-right next to metro station. Hotel was very clean and modern. The reception staff is very friendly. Big thanks to receptionist Zsoltán 😀. Breakfast was adequate and tasty. We enjoyed our stay at Ibis and also appreciated ability to store our luggage til we left the city.

Awesome place to stay if you are going to the big thermal baths. Restuarant across the road has good food for dinner. Breakfast at ibis good value at 11 euro.
