Excellent hotel with all necessary amenities. Very safe and quiet. The train station is a bit far, about a 10-minute walk. There are two train stations at approximately the same distance. Highly recommended, great place. The room is superb, fully equipped. The shower is small but well-appointed. The kitchen is excellently furnished; I didn't need anything from outside. The work desk was very useful. Lighting is outstanding.

My room was clean and had very adequate facilities for my needs. There was an issue with the TV and George and Veronica could not have been more helpful. I was immediately moved to a new room when we realised the TV could not be fixed that night. George and Veronica were very professional and very friendly and did everything to help me.

I was surprised how clean and comfortable our room was. The staff we encountered had all been helpful and friendly. And the proximity of this hotel to Southwark station beats everything else. I will go back to this hotel and recommend it to friends!

It was in a safe neighborhood, close to travel stops of metro, train and bus. Breakfast was available as well as bar and kitchen from 13:30 where you can buy all sorts of snacks and meals.

Everything was excellent. The treatement of the workers and the quality of everything, I recommend the hotel a lot.

By arriving at the hotel we met Richard at the reception counter. He made us feel very welcome. Big thumps up for Richard. This guy knows evertying about what to do in London.
