From the warm welcome from the friendly staff at check in, to the kind words for my onward travel from the lady who helped at check out, everything was perfect!
While the hotel is a little dated in some places, it was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, not a huge choice but more than enough to satisfy all appetites, and the staff in the restaurant so very helpful and cheerful.
There are a number of restaurants within easy walking distance, and transport links into the centre of Berlin close by, maps and advice are available from reception.
Would I stay again? Without a doubt, yes ...

There are two different Ibis hotels side-by-side, an "orthodox" hotel and, to its left a "budget" version. Both are in an excellent, central location close to Berlin's excellent UBahn metro system. There's a wide choice of restaurants in the area. There are good breakfasts served in both hotels but these are an additional charge

Location was perfect 2 mins walk to central train station. Room was standard ibis hotel room. Didn't get the breakfast it wasn't available after 10am. Hotel doesn't provide any sleeper actually, it's not even available from automats.

Overall, the stay in berlin was class. The location of the hotel was great to access everywhere we wanted to go within Berlin. The hotel exceeded expectation as in England an Ibis is generally a budget hotel which it still was but didn't feel like it was. We didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on it. During 30 degrees temp, the room is still cold as the AC was amazing.

As a long time customer of ibis hotels, I was not disappointed this time either. Lovely staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. There is also a great American diner on the ground floor - a must visit~!

Quick Check-in, friendly staff, room & overall clean (with obvious traces of use).
I chose Ibis because I didn’t like surprises and I didn’t get them (neither positive nor negative). It’s the standard Ibis.

Well, it’s an ibis hotel, you get what you expect, you expect what you get. I was there for a very short business trip for a dinner meeting and it was sufficient. Area is ok and room ok for one night.

The staff were helpful especially the night check in man who gave me some useful advice, sorry I forgot his name. The cheap beer in the kiosk ( open 24 hours) due to corona the bar was shut ( pity it looked OK ) The proximity to the main rail station only 8 minutes walk which is good for us old pensioners 72 & 83.We have stopped in the IBIS hotel in Coventry a few times,it is a good chain with good standards, you pay a little more but get the best so it is worth it.
