The location was great only a short ride on the tram into town. The bed was comfortable and everything you needed for a short stay. The breakfast was good. The travel pass being sent prior to check is was very helpful getting the train and then the tram to the hotel. We arrived early in the hope to leave our luggage and they checked us in early both rooms were ready and they put us together.

Amazing staff! We forgot our tickets for the concert in the hotel but the reception helped us incredibly fast to fix the issue by finding and scanning the tickets for us! We can only recommend this hotel! Great staff and great experience 🙏

Airport pickup and drop off. Hotel is out in the countryside. Peaceful walk along paths to take bus to CERN, so convenien. Staff very helpful

Everything was good overall. But I have to underline that IBIS is located just by the tram station (line 14) within 15 minutes from central railroad station which is a great plus. Concerning other things is a standard IBIS hotel what is also good, you always know what you get with no surprises.

Stayed 4 nights. Clean room -- a usual Ibis hotel. Did not use the restaurant. Walked to the airport to take local transport -- fairly close. Used shuttle once -- for final departure (in view of bags) -- worked well.

Good breakfast, way better than Ibis Budget hotels in France. Receptionist lent me a Swiss electrical connector to charge my iPhone - most appreciative of his helpfullness
