Great location, close from metro line 14 and the airport. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly but the staff was able to provide an alternative heating system. My wife is coeliac and the manager went above and beyond to help us with allergens. She was helpful beyond words.

We arrived with family, the staff was so helpful and friendly, immediately assisted us with the parking and then with the comfortable checkin. To add on other assistance with the cab, metro, train details with a brochure and paris map to go on with. The staff is quite helpful with the dinner and breakfast assistance as well. The location is quite near to the station and a 15min cab to eiffel tower. Kudos to the excellent staff: Daro, Ariane, Lucas, Vernon, Vladimir, Blanche, Dalva, Olivier. We will surely visit again.

Hotel was very clean and new. It’s quite big for Paris standards. Excellent and quiet neighborhood. It’s not close to the attractions, but is very close to metro line 13. The staff was really nice with me and my pregnant wife. Special thanks for the reception guy from Senegal!
