Breakfast was very good. Room/bed were comfortable. Location - bus, tram and train station close to Hotel. Staff were helpful and there is also the service to leave your luggage after check out.

Clean and tidy, comfortable beds, staff were very warm and kind.

Very, very clean, amazing and friendly staff, and great location (bus stop is just outside the hotel and takes around around 15 mins to the city centre or the train station, there is a nice park right beside the hotel, and the supermarket is just 5 mins walk away).

The ibis Winterthur City is a completely non-smoking hotel located in the business district of Winterthur, only a 5-minute drive away from the train station. Free WiFi is available.
