Ibis Hotels in Vienna

The hotel is just a few meters away from the station, so it was perfect for us coming by train to leave our luggage as soon as we arrived and start exploring the city (search exit canetti street, after restaurants Wienerwald and Asia Food). There is a tram stop for tram D just 2 minutes away, which arrives in the city center in 10 minutes and goes around the entire ring. There were several other tram and buses options near and of course the metro inside the station, but the tram D was by far the easiest, most comfortable (and panoramic) one. The room was spotless clean when we arrived and identical to the pictures you see on the web, it was cleaned and rearranged every day and what was most surprising, really quiet. I have stayed in hotels near a metro station before and it got really noisy, but here you cannot hear a single sound from the outside, even though you’re opposite the hauptbahnhof. Last but not least, the breakfast was excellent. There was something for every taste and you could even make yourself a fresh waffle. All the staff was really nice and young and the check in took only a couple of minutes, while for the check out you can simply leave your card on the staff desk if you wish. Also the staff at breakfast was really helpful and attentive. In short, my experience at the hotel was really above expectations, especially considering the price I paid, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming by train to visit Vienna for a few days.

We visited this hotel in Christmas season ,all the employees was kind and helpful,even though some of them couldn’t speak English. The breakfast was amazing and we had a surprise gift in our room in Christmas Eve. We highly recommend this place!

Was what would expect from an ibis hotel. Clean, small room, perfect for a city break. Easy check-in and out. Near Metro station.

Good location, friendly staff, clean and the usual simple, yet convenient and high level of quality ibis is known for.
