Just bring your own Food, Beverages, Toiletries...everything else you need to enjoy yourself while cooking or Braaing (BBQ) is in the communal lapa. We are an easy 230km or 3 hours drive from Stellenbosch (150 km on the famous R62 route and 80 km scenic gravel road) or 60 kilometers or 50 minutes drive from the town of Ladismith with the last 26 km on gravel road. Gravel roads are however not recommended for “small, soft and low” City vehicles Our Bush Camp is an ideal 2 night or more midway sleepover on the famous Montague, Ouberg Pass and Ladismith scenic route where you can enjoy - Karoo Peace and Tranquillity - Beautiful landscapes - Beautiful Karoo Sunsets - Game viewing on our farm by 4x4 or with quad bikes - Star gazing - 4 x 4 Route - Fully equipped main “Lapa” with Braai and “Splash” pool for those hot days Target Shooting... - 25 meter to 50 meter Pistol target shooting (Only under proficient supervision) - Organized 50 meter to 100 meter Small Rifle target shooting (Big bore on request) (Only under proficient supervision) - Organized Skeet shooting (Only under proficient supervision) Ideal for a 6 to 8 person Team Building session (2 persons per Tent with 1 Tent double bed) We also offer a Hunting experience on the farm during the hunting season (May to August) at additional costs.
