We are an off- grid working regenerative farm situated in the heart of the Overberg, with panoramic views towards Walker Bay and the Kleinriviersberg mountains. Surrounded by fynbos and vineyards, the farm has pure spring fed water, dams for swimming and fishing and solar power so is not affected by load shedding. Guests are welcome to wander around the farm, swim and fish in the dams, and meander through the veggie gardens We regret no pets are allowed for safety reasons. Children are welcome to stay in the Farmhouse and Garden Cottage, but Vineyard Cottage suits one or 2 adults only. The Farmhouse and Vineyard Cottage both have wood fired hot tubs which are to be used at your own risk. Garden Cottage does not have a hot tub but does have a lovely outdoor bath & shower. Unfortunately due to the farm being off grid we regret no heavy usage appliances may be used (hairdryers, coffee machines, air fryers etc) Our 4 farm dogs are very friendly and love visiting guests but please do not feed them or welcome them in to the accommodation. If you would like us to come get them please inform us. Please note that due to high breakages, we use stemless wineglasses, if you are unable to drink wine out of a stemless wine glass please bring your own wine glasses. We are working farms ith free ranging livestock. Please inform us immediately if you have any animals visit you at Vineyard Cottage or if you would like any wildlife removes from the cottage. For the accommodations with hot tubs, we will refresh the water ever 2nd day on request. We welcome all kinds of creatures on the farm, we don't use any chemical pesticides. If you are not comfortable with any critter that may have wandered into your accommodation please ask us to relocate it for you.
We run a regenerative farm and love for guests to enjoy a taste of farm life while they're here.
We are just 10 minutes drive from Stanford Village which is a charming small town in the heart of the Overberg.
