Property information

The Villa is a beautiful, well appointed, relaxed and friendly guesthouse that offers a quiet and comfortable stay in a friendly and family run environment. We don't offer a party venue, photoshoots, matric farewells. Two people per room, no guests or loud music. No solicitation of any kind is permitted.

The Villa is set in the beautiful and upmarket suburb of Summerstrand, it is quiet and safe. The property is within walking distance from the beach (1km), shops and take-aways.
