The Grey House property consists of 2 spacious separate/self detached houses, Unit 1 & 2.
There is a large and safe parking area behind high palisade fencing.
Unit 1 has 3 separate bedrooms (King size bed, Queen size bed and 2 single beds)
Unit 2 has 2 separate bedrooms (King size bed, King size bed, bunk bed and extra Double bed in lounge area).
Both units have large full bathrooms (Bath & Shower), kitchen, dining and lounge area.
Each has a large outside entertainment area with braai.
The property is opposite school sports fields and in a very safe area.
We love the area as we are situated right opposite Niko Brummer Primary School sports fields, so the view is always beautiful and green. Most of the children walk home from school so its a very safe area.
