This property is located central from a variety of tourist attractions, shopping malls, restaurants and schools. The property has a large house consisting of 5 bedrooms. The house is divided in 2 units which can be rented separately or as a whole for bigger groups. Stay at Percy 2 is the smalles unit consisting of a main bedroom, one bathroom and a second room which has a kitchennet, dining area and one single bed. This unit has its own entrance. Although connected to the rest of the house, it is still private with an interleading door which stays locked. The unit also has access to the garden and large patio with braai facilities. This area is shared with other guests.
